Belinda Finch, CIO, Three UK

Belinda Finch was previously CIO and Chief of Staff at Centrica, before joining Three as Chief Information Officer in September 2020. The first iteration of the Chief Information Officer - CIO 1.0 - was likely the leading IT expert with a C-level job title. Leading CIOs have added more skills and competencies, in particular business and digital leadership, to their CVs, but what are the skills and competencies that will lead to success for Tomorrow's Tech Leaders - and how will they develop diverse, multidisciplinary teams representing the true talent in the tech sector and society to best serve their customers?

Tomorrow’s world - How will AI and automation define next-gen CIO and the future enterprise?

Sabah Khan Carter, NewsCorp CIO
Elena Corchero, NewsCorp director of emerging technology

The hype is now a reality: Tech Monitor's 2021 Technology Leaders Agenda research has revealed that implementing AI and automation is one of the main priorities for the next 12 months, while CIOs and CTOs also responded they expected to increase investment in these areas significantly. This panel will investigate the extent to which tomorrow's tech leaders will have to become automation and AI masters.
